Drawing Workshop with Abigail Wiese

Come and enjoy a two-hour drawing workshop in the quiet and peaceful surroundings of Roto House with local artist Abigail Wiese.

The workshop will explore drawing exercises for mindfulness, mark-making techniques, and close observation of form, contrast and composition. Participants will be guided through a series of exercises before creating their own banksia focused artwork using fine liner pens.

The workshop is open to participants of all abilities. Rather than focusing on technical skill, the workshop focused on discovering your unique mark making language, celebrating each person’s unique way of seeing, observing and translating.
